Warning! French Custom Shutters, Inc. has researched the new energy tax credit that has surfaced recently in many shutter advertisments and found no basis for the credit. Therefore, until there is definitive liturature from the IRS stating that shutters meet the insulation criteria to qualify for the tax credit French Custom Shutters, Inc. will not certify that a shutter "system" meets these criteria. To do so would be completely unethical and misleading to the consumer and could result in severe fines to the company. Please refer to the BBB response to this issue. |
